The second Fridley Foundations demonstration remodel is on the market.
The second house remodeled under a Fridley city government demostration program called Fridley Foundations is now on the market, as announced on the city website this week.
The asking price for the two-bedroom, two-bathroom home at 4757 Second St. NE is $139,900. The project was meant to show how remodeling can allow residents to stay in their homes as they get older.
