'nMotion Dance Center in Fridley offers classes in a variety of forms, from tap to modern to pointe to hip hop. Classes are offered for all age groups.
Director Sarah Barnett, a dance instructor for more than 15 years, founded the studio—one of the only non-competetive dance studios in Minnesota—three years ago, bringing along many of her established students.

It has been a remarkable transformation seeing our 13 year old son mature as a dancer, an athlete, and as a more confident young man thanks to his training at 'nMOTION. This studio has introduced him to techniques and passion he hadn't experienced yet...even from his six prior years of dancing before joining 'nMOTION. Our son has begun to excel in other sports too including snowboarding, karate, and football due to his improved endurance and strength from 'nMOTION'S dance training. The staff and students are all amazing there, and we are so thrilled to be a part of the incredible dance family at 'nMOTION!

Love this studio - we go to the recital each year to see Amanda dance - you can feel the energy and fun the kids have dancing for this studio by how they perform. If only you were a little closer to where we live, we'd go there too!

Aileen, thank you for your support! It has been wonderful to see Amanda (literally) grow up along side our dance barres, and see her evolve into a truly gifted dancer. And of course, being able to perform at such an established local theater as The Ritz, is an experience we pride ourselves in being able to give to ALL our students.
