The football team won its second game in a row on Friday, topping conference rival Spring Lake Park 20-7 at home.
The Eagles and Panthers were tied 7-7 at halftime, but Totino-Grace took the lead in the second half and never looked back.
It was Spring Lake Park’s first loss of the season, after wins against Irondale and Chisago Lakes to open up the fall. The Panthers (2-1, 2-1 North Suburban Conference) will travel to St. Louis Park next Friday for a 7 p.m. showdown on the road.

Totino-Grace (2-1, 1-1) has outscored Benilde-St. Margaret’s and Spring Lake Park 41-17 in the past two weeks, since its at home.
The Eagles’ next game is on Friday at home against Mahtomedi. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m.
