MnDOT: Snowstorm Making Twin Cities Roads 'Difficult'

MnDOT has reported periodic crashes and stalls on Fridley-area highways since the storm started Saturday night. And it wasn't only the snow: at one point the agency tweeted back-to-back alerts for debris and animals on I-694 (see photo thumbnail).
