Here is a liveblog from Gov. Dayton's Asian Carp Summit at the Minnesota State Capitol, beginning at 2:30 p.m. on Dec. 20, 2011.
Earlier this month, scientists announced that tests from earlier this year show DNA from the invasive fish as far up the Mississippi River as the Coon Rapids Dam.
