Hose Left Running into Basement: Fridley Police Blotter
Water flooded basement, causing felony damage.
A caller reported that someone turned on an outside spigot and left a hose running into a basement window well in the 1200 block of Mississippi Street NE, flooding the basement and causing felony damage. The hose ran for several hours, with the spigot's on/off timer set so the water would stay on.

- A complainant in the 1200 block of Cheri Lane NE reported loud vacuuming noise from the apartment downstairs. A police officer heard loud music (but no vacuuming) and advised the neighbor of the noise ordinance, and the music was turned down.
