Two leadership positions are open in Fridley: city manager at the City of Fridley and executive director at the Banfill-Locke Center for the Arts.

Applications for the city manager position were due Friday, Jan. 18, 2013. The Banfill-Locke job listing doesn't include a deadline.

Longtime City Manager Bill Burns retired at the end of 2012. Banfill-Locke Executive Director Lia Rivamonte said by email Friday she is "still there for a little while anyway but am leaving to do independent grant writing."
