Headless Boy Wins Trip to Meet Supermodel

Fridley Patch tied for most entries in Minnesota.

A creative young man from New Jersey has secured a trip to meet supermodel Heidi Klum and money for the charity of his choice, thanks to Patch's Little Pumpkin Costume Challenge.

Klum selected Jack Hagan—who dressed up as a headless boy for Halloween—as the grand prize winner of the contest. Hagan entered the contest through Wyckoff Patch and ultimately beat out nearly 2,700 entries from across Patch's more than 850 sites across the country.

(Fridley Patch, with six great entries, tied for the most entries in Minnesota.)

Hagan won a three-day, two-night trip to either New York or Los Angeles, where he will meet Klum. He also scored a donation of $1,031 for K.I.N.D. (Kids In Need of Desks), a charity aimed at providing school desks to children in Malawi.

Below are the nine runners-up and the Patch sites they came from. All nine will receive a $1,031 donation to their local charity of their choice.

Thanks to all who took the time to enter!
