15 in Fridley Area Will Wait 'til Noon Sunday to Get Power Back

Find out which residents will be without electricity for 36 hours.

Fifteen electrical customers in the Fridley area are experiencing power outages Saturday night, 24 hours after storms rolled through the Twin Cities.

Five Fridley customers will wait more than 36 hours for the juice to return, according to Xcel Energy's online outage map. Located near Riverview Heights Park in Fridley's northwest corner, the unlucky customers were among the first in Fridley to lose power Friday night, at 11:30 p.m.

Like the other 10 customers in scattered locations across the city, they can plan on getting electricity back on by noon Sunday, Xcel said.
