The following information was provided by Three Rivers Park District.

Help bring back the prairie. Join other volunteers on Saturday, Aug. 25, from 10:30 a.m.- 1:30 p.m., at Crow-Hassan Park Reserve, Rogers, and assist wildlife staff in collecting hundreds of pounds of wildflower seed for prairie restoration and enhancement projects. Training and collection bags are provided.

Volunteers must be 16 years or older, or be accompanied by a responsible adult. Groups are welcome but must have at least one adult per eight youths.
